It is in some ways difficult to write a review of this property, but in a nutshell, it far exceeded our expectations. While the pictures online are obviously beautiful, they really pale in comparison to taking it all in while staying there. The views are simply breathtaking.

The house itself was impeccably clean. The kitchen well stocked with basic supplies such as paper towels, spices, dish soap, etc....as well as all the pots and pans, blenders and utensils needed to cook at home. The living room was a favorite place to relax after sightseeing.

There were TV's in every room, and out by the pool and the sauna as well. The bedrooms were well appointed, and had ample closet space. Don't let the fact that this is a "two bedroom" fool you. There are PLENTY of sleeping options for the entire family both off of the two bedrooms and downstairs as well.

Both the pool and hot tub were clean and fully operational. There is a retractable awning that extends over the pool for when the sun got a little too hot. There were comfy chaises and tables to eat at. The house amenities are controlled via an iPad which made turning on the poolside music, adjusting the pool/spa heat and jets simple...just a push of the button.

Landscaping in the lower yard was just beautiful. It was great place to enjoy some peace and quiet...the babbling waterfall and comfortable chaises were the ideal place for early morning coffee.

We lucked out and had simply perfect weather. Warm days and cool nights and even got to use the outside fireplace during our stay. The 2nd to last nigh there was a monsoon and the property lost power. The house was well stocked with flashlights and candles to help us through the few hour outage.

Working with Karla was an absolute breeze. She was very responsive to any calls or emails prior to our trip and during it too. Having rented other places I have to say she was undoubtedly the easiest to work with. We hated to leave Sundance. It was the perfect respite for our family and we sincerely plan to return some day.

The minute we walked into this home we were awestruck! The view just took our breath away, looking past the beautiful blue waters of the infinity pool and spa to the beautiful blue skies and red rocks. And as if that wasn't enough, we walked around the beautiful home and were awed throughout. We couldn't wait to experience each room. Spent a lot of our time on the patio of course and then in the beautiful living room with the fireplace going each night to take the chill out of the air. We ate at the house several meals because we didn't want to leave. It was all around perfect for us grandparents, our daughter and son in law and their two small children. The owner provided games, beach towels and all the amenities you would have at your own home. It was so thoughtful and we all appreciated it so much. Almost each morning we saw hot air balloons in the sky as well as one had to abort just down the street so we saw it up close and personal. A real thrill. We are excited to share this information with our friends and anyone interested in a perfect vacation in beautiful Sedona. If you're looking for what we considered a perfect vacation location, this is it. Don't hesitate, you won't be disappointed.
