Great location - away from the traffic, close to local natural and historic sites, and unbeatable views! Ideal layout for 3 couples. The deck fire table is a nice evening gathering spot. Fantastic stargazing!
5 stars are not enough. Amazing house with amazing views. Fully stocked, comfortable beds, with every possible upgrade. High-end decor and plenty of room for everyone. You can't beat a hot tub with a view of the sunrise. We will be back!
The property was well maintained, clean and the instructions were detailed and on point. Oh, and the view was awesome! I would recommend this house to anyone staying in Sedona.
Such an amazing couple of days at this property. We picked this property for its views, deck space with hot tub and grill, beautiful and spacious living space and amenities, as well proximity outside of town for the best views of the stars. This property met or exceeded our expectations. This was a great choice for our Sedona getaway!

Exactly as advertised! This property is beautiful, very clean and has all the amenities. My rain shower was amazing. The house sits on the top of the hill and overlooks a beautiful valley, with 360° of phenomenal landscape and views. It was perfect for our girls trip and I highly recommend it, very reasonable rates! The property management was quick to respond and check in/check out was seamless.
We stayed at several VRBOs on a pretty extensive western trip. This was the most amazing! The location, the home, the view, everything!!! We can’t wait to book again and go back to Sedona. Amazing!!!
Super nice home w/ beautiful views. Close to trailheads, restaurants, and shopping. The hot tub was a nice end to a day of hiking. Highly recommend.
From the second we walked through the door we were in awe of the beautiful home and views! The house was well stocked with kitchen items and the beds & pillows were so comfortable. It’s quiet and peaceful away from the hustle and bustle of the busier Sedona areas but close to stores and restaurants and many hiking trails. The hot tub has amazing views. Would definitely stay here again!
We loved the phenomenal red rock views, interior design, hot tub, and the comfortable beds. The kitchen was very well equipped and a joy to cook in. The location was perfect and close to Red Rock State Park (we got a pass and used it many times). Everything was entirely as represented.

House was perfect. Everything was in wonderful condition. Everything was comfortable, the views and neighborhood were stunning. Nice and quiet, yet only 15-20 min from restaurants and hikes. A million stars at night.
Great house, comfy beds, and gorgeous panoramic views. Classy, top-end touches throughout. The only negative was the morning sun woke everyone up. Bring your sleeping masks if that is an issue. Our east coast body clocks managed fine. We would definitely stay here again.
This new home was designed with an eye for detail that highlights Sedona's beauty. The house has amazing views with floor-to-ceiling windows. After exploring the area in the morning, we sat outside on the porch which is perfectly situated to have shade by mid-afternoon. The house is near many nice restaurants and within a short drive to other major sites like Oak Creek, Slide Rock, and Flagstaff. The house has a fully stocked kitchen that was outfitted with cooking in mind. The house also featured a security system that announced when doors were opened and closed which might be useful to families with younger children.
The property manager was friendly and helpful. We plan to use this property again when we visit Sedona in the future. It was the perfect home base for a quick getaway from Phoenix!
