We enjoyed our several-week stay at this great property. The neighborhood is nice and located near trails, restaurants, and stores. The house has plenty of room and is very comfortable. The backyard is spacious and secure for pets.

We loved the serenity, 360-degree mountain views, and cleanliness of the property both in and out. The outdoor patio under trees was a highlight during evenings, especially with the sunset so beautifully highlighting the colorful red rock views. The jacuzzi was clean and serenely allocated. All the home's amenities were easily accessible and abundant. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary cutlery, crockery, and tools. The refrigerator and microwave were spotless, usually a tell-tale sign of a quick clean at other properties, but not so here. The garage was clean and open, easily able to fit an SUV, which with the storms during the summer is a safer option. The AC was very efficient, and fans throughout made for pleasant indoor temperatures. The pet-friendly yard had squirrel entertainment on demand for the furry ones. The yard was spotless and no sign of prior pet occupation.

Uptown is easily accessible, with many great restaurants and eateries in close proximity - Elote and The Hudson. The management at the Red Rocks Realty was informative and yet not overbearing. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and will be back soon to end a day in the gentle breeze under the rustling leaves admiring the serenity and peacefulness of the tranquil neighborhood.

Beautiful house with all the amenities the owner could think of! On a quiet clean street in a Beautiful neighborhood with million-dollar views of red rock. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and museums. A highly recommended pet-friendly property.

We loved our stay at Quietude. The house had everything we needed, amazing views, and we loved the quiet neighborhood. It made it feel like we had our own place in Sedona. It had a really well-stocked kitchen including spices and such so we didn't have to get much extra when we did cook. Also, we loved the proximity to hiking, dining, and shopping. The hot tub was essential after a long day of hiking.

I can't think of anything else the house needs really. It was really more house than we needed, but we really wanted the quiet and more privacy. If we were to return so Sedona I would for sure check availability on Quietude first. We would have plenty of space if we brought our two boys next time, and they would enjoy the yard area.

David K., Tennessee

Our family of four had an INCREDIBLE time at this rental! Spotless, roomy, and comfortable! Everything you could possibly need, we grilled dinner, had coffee on the patio, and of course enjoyed the well-kept spa tub after days of outdoor adventures. Centrally located to everything you could ever want to do in Sedona. Last but not least, very communicative rental management throughout the trip and prior to, was always kept informed!

My husband and I and our two basset hounds, Lucy & Ethel, stayed at Quietude for a week on our first ever visit to Sedona. Quietude is a good name for the place, because it's in a very quiet friendly neighborhood near the base of the towering red rocks, for spectacular views. The home is spacious, comfortable with a very well-stocked kitchen for those who love to cook. The fenced-in yard is a bonus for when you want to let your pet(s) outside and not have to worry about them escaping. The communications and instructions from the manager were clear and easy to follow. We felt right at home as soon as we settled in. And just a block away, there is a historical museum with a sweet little hiking trail along a stream in the woods for walking dogs. We liked it so much, we have already booked a visit back for next year.

Perfect location, clean and well equipped, spacious, amazing views! Would rent again!

My family and I loved staying here. I have been coming to Sedona every year for the past 10 years and this is the best house we’ve ever stayed at. From the big backyard to the use of the garage (which for us was awesome) to the house's openness! We will definitely be staying here again!

Jaimee M., Nevada

We needed a quick escape from the city and Sedona is one of our favorite spots. This house was very nice. Well appointed, clean, and comfortable. The proximity to Uptown Sedona was great. Walking distance to great shops and dining yet located in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. We would definitely like to stay again. AND... they let us bring our pups! Perfect!
Thank you!

Laura G., Arizona

You can’t beat the views here and the location in Sedona. Close to all the restaurants and shops then you come home to a quiet and beautiful neighborhood.

Leigh C., Virginia

The home is set up well and the backyard is large with a clean hot tub and 2 loungers as well as a table with 6 chairs. The grill was clean and lots of dishes, pots, pans provided in the kitchen. Both bedrooms have a TV as well as the living room. The front room can be used as an office with a day bed. We enjoyed the area and the view of the red rocks from the home. We will return again! Thanks for letting us stay.

The property description and images are accurate. We spent the majority of our time hiking but it was wonderful coming back to a beautiful home to relax in. We cooked a majority of our meals in the well-stocked kitchen and relaxed in the hot tub. Overall a great experience!

Alison P., Minnesota

Great house for relaxing after a day of exploring the Sedona area. Beds are very comfortable and great views from all sides of this house.

Michael W., Florida

Comfortable, nicely furnished home surrounded by incredible views, in a quiet neighborhood. Awesome, huge hot tub under the stars, easy to use and in great condition. Updated appliances and well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds and ample linens. I hope to return some day and have recommended it to friends and family.

Mary V., Michigan

What a lovely property! The home was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The neighborhood was peaceful. And the red rock views—magnificent!!

Carol H., Minnesota

The property was very accurately described in the listing. Accommodations were perfect for two couples and our 2 dogs.

Douglas P., Arizona

Quietude was the perfect stay for our small family during our stay in Sedona. The amenities were plentiful and we especially enjoyed having access to the hot tub for some evening stargazing. It was spacious, comfortable, and well-stocked. I'd fully recommend anyone stay here if the house is available.

Collin G., California

Awesome location, super clean, and a great place to stay, will definitely stay here again !!!

Robert H., Arizona

Quietude was a wonderfully located residence in the Uptown area of Sedona. It was set within a quiet neighborhood and have a large back yard which our dog enjoyed immensely. Early mornings in the back yard having coffee and looking at the red rock formations became a daily occurrence. The location provides for many areas to walk, especially thru the Uptown area. The Heritage Museum is close by as are trail heads for longer explorations. Restaurants are also close by. There is nowhere in Sedona you can’t be to within 15 minutes.

The house is a fully configured two bedroom, two bathroom abode.

The Wylies, Arizona

This is a great property. Although Sedona gets packed, it was easy to walk to town and not far from the free parking next to town if you want to drive. There is a shortcut to town...you'll have to find it. The house was clean and had all of the amenities to cook and eat at 'home'. The back yard is nice and private...fully fenced. We had a great weekend stay.

We enjoyed our short time at Quietude (4/1/2021-4/10/2021). The home was clean, spacious and the kitchen was well appointed with everything I needed (even leftover spices from other guests). We and our dogs enjoyed the spacious fenced backyard, we would sit out there for hours. It was so peaceful!! We loved that we were able to walk to the trailheads so close to the house. Loved the neighborhood and how close it was to uptown! Lastly, I have to say that Sin Piantek was a pleasure to work with, in finding Quietude and our next rental for 2023. Thanks Sin!!!!

This was one of the better properties my family rented. It is exactly as shown in the photos. From the moment we entered, we were impressed with the cleanliness of the home. It has a large master with a walk-in closet and attached bath. It hosts a second bedroom with a queen and bath next to it, plus a third office-type space with a daybed (with the most beautiful view). There are TVs in both bedrooms. The beds were comfortable with nice bedding and linens in good condition. There were plenty of towels. The living area has a chaise and two comfortable couches. The backyard is huge, which was great for the dog. It has a hot tub built into the deck on one side of the yard and there are two lounge chairs, a patio table & chairs, and a BBQ on the other. We were there at end of March and flowers were starting to bloom. I imagine it is quite lovely during the heart of spring. The place was so well stocked, with plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. Every kitchen amenity you might need is there. There were even coffee pods, sugar, salt, and tea bags. I am not sure if these were provided or left by other renters, but it was great to have them there to get you started. There is a garage (with an opener), where there are a washer and dryer (detergent was even provided). There are games galore, playing cards, books, magazines, and maps to purview and enjoy. Seriously, I have never seen such a well-stocked home and I so appreciate the thought the owners/property mgmt put into providing all these things. The home was easy to find; located just outside of Uptown Sedona in a residential neighborhood. It is not quite within walking distance of Uptown, but you could certainly make the trek if you wanted. It is also within distance of the Jordan Trail Loop. The trailhead is a short drive away, but you can also access the trail within a few blocks of walking distance from the home. The neighborhood felt very safe. We were extremely comfortable in this home and would absolutely choose to stay there again.

We stayed here as a family of 5 with our 2-year old, 5-month-old, and our energetic dog!

If you’re looking for a perfect family oasis, this is it! The home was spotless, stocked with everything we needed, and in perfect working order. The yard is fully fenced in and was perfect for our dog to run and play. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, we enjoyed evening walks and our 2-year-old was able to ride his bike without the worry of traffic. Plus the views surrounding the neighborhood are spectacular. The walk to town is a little far for kiddos, but we drove down to parking lot 1 and walked to town from there. There are trails to walk to from the house and this is SO worth it because the trailheads to iconic landmarks (bell rock, cathedral rock, devils bridge, oak creek canyon) were impossible to park at, even on weekdays, because of crowds. The trails by the house are beautiful - we saw wild pigs and found crystals. Thank you for a perfect stay for our family vacation!

This home was one of the best VRBO rentals we've ever stayed in. It was extremely clean and stocked with everything we could possibly need. From hand sanitizer wipes to individual makeup wipes, the extras in this beautiful home were abundant. The views of the red rocks from this home were gorgeous! The hot tub was super clean and such a relaxing spot to stargaze after a long day of hiking. We stayed for 4 days and only wish it had been a week. We will return to this beautiful home for sure!

M. Regan, Michigan

Proximity to everything was perfect. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants district. Our little Frenchy loved the big backyard, as did we. We lounged on the pair of chaise's and in the hot tub at night. The milky way popped in the night sky...brilliant. The layout of the floorplan is very open and comfortable. Love all the windows...a huge plus to waking up and having a cup of coffee.

We just returned from a wonderful end-of-summer break trip to Sedona. Our stay at Quietude was just what we needed for some time away from the city. My husband especially enjoyed having his morning coffee looking out at the red rocks from the patio. My little pup enjoyed exploring the bigger-than-expected green grass backyard. The tree near the house provides an abundance of shade that made even the heatwave we experienced bearable. The hot tub under the most brilliant night sky was spectacular. My husband and I both agreed that the hot tub was the nicest we had ever used. The kitchen was well-equipped and the living room had beautiful views of the red rocks and was very comfortable. The beds made for great sleeping and napping. I would definitely recommend that anyone looking for a beautiful respite from the hustle of everyday life look no further than this Arizona oasis of calm.

We loved this property: great neighborhood, views of the red rocks, beautiful home with nice layout, pet friendly, huge yard. We had four nights planned but, unfortunately, the AC went out and we were only able to stay for two nights. This wouldn't have been a huge deal if it hadn't been during an unusually hot stretch of weather. Management was great, though. They came ASAP after we called to look at the AC unit and confirm they couldn't guarantee an immediate repair. They did try to find us another house, but there was nothing available that would also take pets. Overall, they handled the whole thing very well and, although we were disappointed, we would definitely rent this house again. I only downgraded a bit on cleanliness because the front window were pretty smudged from a previous four-legged visitor, and they could have used a good cleaning on the outside, too. Other than that I'd highly recommend this home.

Lisa H., Arizona

Beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood surrounded by Red Rocks. Everything was provided and the house is tastefully decorated. We will definitely be back!

Quietude is a perfect place to decompress. The namesake says it all. The neighborhood is very quiet and serene. We are grateful that they accept dogs and their backyard was amazing! Management was a pleasure to work with and we can’t wait to return.

We have just returned from the most peaceful and relaxing visit to Sedona. Our experience was made perfect by our choice of location through Red Rock Realty. We can not say enough regarding our customer service and attention to details from this company. Every step of the way we received quick and outstanding customer service. Our lodging, Quietude was even more than we hoped for. A real plus was the location close to the Jim Thompson trails where we could hike daily without crowds. The rental house is tucked away in a lovely neighborhood, but close enough to town for an easy trip. However, we did not want to go anywhere and relaxed at this peaceful location.

L. Smith, Iowa

We loved staying in Quietude. The views were gorgeous, the house was nice and peaceful with a great backyard. Above all, we really enjoyed the access to the hiking trails. All in all, excellent.

C. Phelps, Texas

Our visit was wonderful. The dogs loved the yard and enjoying coffee on the patio was great. The location was excellent and very quiet.

This was our second time renting Quietude. The views from the house are spectacular! The home is close to everything and is very comfortable.

The new hot tub was perfect after all day hikes.

Mary Jo Roberts, South Carolina

The home was beautiful and location was ideal. Great for the dogs and we were happy to have chosen this property. We’ll be back.

We stayed at Quietude from Sept. 21st to Oct. 21st, 2019. The house is in the absolute ideal location in a quiet, private neighborhood just a ten minute walk from Uptown and great access to the Jordan trailhead and multiple trails. The views from the street are amazing, and we saw javelinas and coyotes roaming the neighborhood. The house is perfect for 4 to 6 people, with comfortable beds and furniture, a great kitchen, and a very nice, private outdoor space complete with hot tub. Quietude is the place to rent when you want your accommodation to match the beauty and experience of Sedona but don't want to or can't afford to rent the million dollar properties.

Traveling to another state for a couple of weeks is a first for us. We selected Sedona because of fond memories of when I was there last, 10 plus years ago. It has changed...more people and traffic, however, the charm and beauty of Sedona still exists.

The property we rented, Quietude, could not have been more perfect for the two of us and our two dogs. The layout of the house was great and the large fenced in back yard was super for the dogs. The house, inside and out had, everything we needed. In addition, the views were magnificent from almost all rooms in the house. The neighborhood quiet, and what I liked best, within walking distance to numerous hikes, a small brewery with great burgers, and town, if you wanted to venture down, was only a mile away.

There were a few minor issues with the ice maker and hot tub....almost not worth mentioning (and Karen, from Red Rock Realty, was very responsive).
We would certainly rent this house again!

The Travers, Oregon

Our stay at Quietude was wonderful. The views are spectacular and we sat at the kitchen bar and watched the sun rise up over the rocks every morning.

We were there for 23 days, so we cooked often. The kitchen is well stocked and also well furnished. The master bedroom was comfortable and we really liked how dark is was. We could leave the blinds and curtains open and enjoy the night sky!

Our small dog loved having a yard and grass to lay on in the sun. The hot tub was perfect for the end of a long days hike. We hiked right from the house! We already have plans for next year!

Mary Jo Roberts, South Carolina

This house lives up to its name; i.e. it is very quiet. The location was fabulous, close to downtown (1 mile to restaurants and shops in a few minutes drive). The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the perfect size for 4 people. The backyard was beautiful. We enjoyed nice sunsets and sunrises from the house. (photos can be seen HERE.) We used the hot tub every day and enjoyed star gazing. We put the grill, backyard table, and washer/dryer to use.

The kitchen was well stocked (the ice maker was frozen solid but we were able to work around that). Some minor things were that the slate floors were cool (so, bring your slippers in the winter) and there was a weird glass door to the master bath that was uncomfortable. Regardless, it was a great home-base for our awesome week in Sedona and we would definitely stay here again when we return to the area (and we had plenty left to do that we didn't get to on this vacation).

S. Davi, Massachusetts

Quietude exceeded our expectations. Red Rock views, perfect location, friendly neighbors, well appointed kitchen, comfortable living areas, great outdoor spaces. We loved every minute of our stay and have already made plans to return.

N. Wade, California

Quietude definitely is a perfect name.

We enjoyed sitting in the backyard listening/watching the birds and relaxing. The house is well laid out and comfortable and very close to Jordan Trails. Uptown is only about a 20 minute walk where you will find restaurants and shops so a good location if you don't want to drive everywhere.

Lynn Bullen, Ontario, Canada

Dog Lovers stay here!

We bring our dogs on every vacation and staying in a hotel just doesn't work for us anymore. No going out to lunch or dinner. No enjoying shops together as a couple or hitting a hike where pets aren't allowed. Can't leave our dogs even in a kennel at a hotel, which we do understand. Still, we don't want to kennel our dogs for a week or longer. Quietude worked perfectly for us. With a fenced back yard Grady and Buddy Roo enjoyed their free runs and play time. Be sure to hit the hiking trails just down the street. Beautiful and pets allowed. The house is clean, welcoming and in a wonderful quite neighborhood close to town.

It was just the two of us, but would have worked great for more people. Felt very safe and relaxed in this peaceful setting.

Enjoy......we did!

The Schrage's, Colorado

Thank you for sharing your fabulous, well stocked home. We enjoyed the proximity to hiking and downtown but it was the views and lighting that were the best treat!

The Wards, North Carolina

Beautiful area. Just not enough time to see and do all. Will have to come back again. Great home - really enjoyed our time here with family and friends, wonderful views from each window. WOW!!!

Sharon and Randy, Oregon

We had a lovely time in this beautiful home. We made good use of the nearby trails- Jordan, Brins Mesa, Soldiers Pass, Cibola Pass and Jim Thompson. All have different things to offer. It was lovely to come home, sit in the backyard and soak in the hot tub.

The Buchanans, Arizona

Lovely home!

Had a great time up at the Grand Canyon (2 hours away!) Had fun hiking on the Jordon Trail just up the block. Coffeepot Restaurant, great for breakfast. Shops @ Tlaquepaque were great/ but spent too much $ there.

Had a great time at Quietude.

What a beautiful and relaxing place to hang out with girlfriends!

“Quietude” is aptly named. Thank you ever so much for making your home available to us!

The O’Reilly’s, New York

What a beautiful place to spend Christmas! We loved the scenery; the views from the front and back yard are spectacular!

The Becks, Missouri

We recently stayed at Quietude for four weeks in March 2016 and I must say that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The house was extremely comfortable and well set out - plenty of space and fantastic views. It was a great home that allowed us to be part of the splendour of Sedona.

A definite plus was Red Rock Realty, they responded to every query immediately and were more than happy to help.

We are a returning customers with Red Rock and have enjoyed every property that we have stayed in - we will be back!

The Martin's, Australia

We spent a lovely vacation at Quietude this month. Six of us from three different states met to enjoy Sedona. We found Quietude through Karla Flores at Red Rock Realty. She knew the houses well and helped us choose the one that fit our needs. Her patience and attention to detail were commendable.

We found the home to be well equipped, organized, beautiful and comfortable. The supplies were in place and we found everything convenient and in good repair.

The large yard was furnished for comfortable dining. The red rock views were so beautiful every day in all kinds of light and weather. The location close to town and hiking was convenient.

Just for the record, this is the first time I have ever rented a place with a hot tub that was in good working order the entire time! Hot tub with a view by day and stars by night. Lovely.

All of us enjoyed our stay and felt very much at home there. Thank you.

D. Prestholdt and L. Walker, New Mexico

We enjoyed an amazing two weeks at Quietude - December 17- 31. We are a family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 teenagers. While the home only has two bedrooms, the office has a daybed/trundle that worked great for our daughter.

I was nervous about staying near Uptown, as we have stayed in West Sedona on past visits. My fears were unfounded. The home is aptly named, as the neighborhood was very nice and quiet. The views were stunning and we even saw javelina for the first time. The home is updated and has a great family room with a wood burning fireplace. We enjoyed the hot tub during a snowstorm. The kitchen is modern and well stocked. I would rent this house again.

The Volante Family, Virginia

We enjoyed renting Quietude for the month of January. The house is older, although updated and well kept. It is on a very quiet street up close to the mountain and very near the Jordan trailhead (within walking distance), with absolutely spectacular views from all windows, especially at sunset. From the office and front windows we saw Javelinas walk by on the street almost every day. The spacious back yard is completely enclosed by a tall fence and includes a lovely hot tub that is serviced weekly (as is the lawn). The kitchen was well equipped and I loved that there was a large selection of spices left by other generous renters. The master and guest room beds were comfortable, and although we didn’t try them, the trundle beds looks substantial but are probably most appropriate for children or teens. We loved the “real” fireplace, especially since it snowed several nights. The washer/dryer is in the garage, which was different for “northerners”, but more than adequate. It was a real pleasure to work with this management company and thought that Karla Flores was exceptional in her response to our questions.
